We are manufacturer and trading company for electric citycoco in Jiaxing Zhejiang Province,with more than 17 years full experience and a professional sales team.
We have a 5000 square meters for electric scooters, and more than 2000 square meters for electric tricycles. Therefore, we have a whole production chain, such as parts procurement, product assembly, quality inspection, product packaging, loading and shipment and so on. After the product introduction, we will show you around the factory.
We sale our citycoco and tricycle all over the world. Experienced in exporting to North America, South America, Canada, Europe, Middle East and so on.
Our factory have passed ISO9001,EEC/COC, and CE certificate, and now we invited Emily to show you our factory certificates.
We have got ISO9001 certification.
So, we are a real and effective factory.
The header of the certificate is Timetop（The name of our company registered in Hong Kong）, each citycoco has its own VIN number and motor number.
We have scooters with different watts and different speeds that can be certified and licensed in Europe and other country who need EEC/COC certificate.
Q: Can I customize products?
A: Sure. OEM service available.Just tell us your ideas and we will help to make out the good design on scooters.
Like fenders, we can have many color design, like black,white,blue,red other design you like.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, of cause. Just let us know which model do you want.
And we can customized any design and do quickly delivery.
Because we have many parts in stock, like we have showed you before.
Q: Can you provide door-to-door service?
A: Our European warehouse is located in Romania and if you are in an EU country we can provide you door to door service.
If you are in another area, please provide us with your address and we will confirm for you whether door to door service is available.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Accept Credit Card, T/T ,LC,Western Union, D/A, D/P.
(T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery)
Q: I want to order a container, any discount?
A: We will apply for a discount according to the model and configuration of the product you ordered.
Q: Do you sell accessories of Citycoco?
A: Yes, please tell me what accessories and how many pieces you need.
In general, our customers will purchase appropriate accessories for future product maintenance.
Customers who order large quantities will purchase more for after-sales maintenance.
Q: Do you have a warranty? Is there any after-sale service?
A: The motor, controller and battery come with a one-year warranty.
During the warranty period, we will provide you with the accessories you need and guide you to replace them according to the photos and videos you provide.
Q: I want to make the scooter's max speed faster, is that possible?
A: We can do that, we can upgrade the motor, the controller and the battery to increase the speed of the scooter.
Q: I am from Austria. Our country requires that the scooter should have a license plate. Can this scooter be registered?
A: Yes, each of our scooters has an EEC/COC certificate. As long as you go to the local DMV to check and register with the certificate, you can legally get a license plate.
